What are the basic rules for sailing, kayaking and also dirt biking?

Just give me the brief description of the rules. I really need to know because its for my assignment. Thank you. Uhhh, I want rules... the brief description of the RULES. such as rules and regulations.....

1. Dirtbiking can be easy or hard it depends on what kind of bik you are on, biug bikes such as 450's are harder to ride than a 50. You have a clutch, gears, and gas and break...grab cluth switch into gear slowly let go of cluth while hitting gas lightly, thats how you start then while riding keeoing switching gears becsue it is bad to stay in a low gear.
2. I've been a kayaker for years and years.... I've never heard of "Rules" for kayaking. I guess if you were gonna invent some, you'd say to keep the open side up? Are you talking about laws imposed by the Coast Guard or local government? That would include things like having an appropriate pfd on board for each person, etc. And in different parts of the world, there are different laws. Google the sport, and your location (state, province, country, etc.) and "laws" you should find the information that is appropriate to your area.
