Straight Up Kayaks

How big are kayaks? Does someone 6'1 , 300 pounds fit in one?

Just wondering how big and accomodating they are for an upcoming trip...

1. There are large enough ones. Be sure to choose one that fits you.
2. I'm six three, over three-hundred and I fit in one. I don't glide along as well as my friends, but I do have a ferocious stroke, so I'm able to keep up. The other thing is a our size, you will have to get one of the larger ones, they aren't as nimble and as well at turning, but honestly I don't like heavy whitewater in a kayak. I like sea kayaks. Happy paddling
3. I believe they have weight ratings on them, either get one that you can sit on the top of it, or you might drag a bit in the sit in ones. You'll have a blast!
