sea kayaks?

Ive always fancied buying a sea kayak, ive never been in one before, how much would i pay for a secondhand one ,and does anyone know of any courses i could take as a starter, ie self righting if you capsize ect, iam from the north of the uk Newcastle

1. Inquire, the British Canoe Union. Ask about classes for sea kayaking. Try Pyranha Canoes. England has many sea kayaking clubs. Prices will be both high and low.
2. Hi, I am thinking about selling a sea kayak. Its a 15 foot yellow Dagger Charleston. You can have it for £350. If you are ever further north, In Central Scotland give me an email and you can join us for the day on the river Tay. I know its not sea kayaking but its awsome. We can also show you the correct techniques and how to roll and self rescue. It would take more than 1 day though.
